Clear Rust Preventive Solution

Glo-Protek RUSTOP 133 is a single pack, air-drying, Polyvinyl Butyl and light phosphatising treatment offering light phosphatising without involving many tanks, water and heating equipments. It forms a light phosphate coating which affords an excellent key for most of the paints and provides very effective corrosion resistance. Spread of corrosion beneath paint from any damaged area is resisted by Glo-Protek RUSTOP 133

TYPICAL USE

As a rust preventive solution for metal parts which are stored without painting interior. The surface remains clean and ready for finishing when required. Area of application: Steel Sheets, Angles, Channels, Electric switches, meter box, zentec castings, slotted angles, etc.

Surface Preparation

Surface coat to be dry and free from all surface contaminations. Preferably to be blast cleaned to Sa 2½ of Swedish specification. If blast cleaning is not possible, remove loose contaminations by power/hand tools.

HEALTH & SAFETY :

As a general rule, avoid inhalation of solvent vapour or paint mist and contact of paint with skin and eyes. Provide forced ventilation when working with solvent born coating in confined spaces or stagnant air. Skin and eye protection follow the local and national regulations.
